Each C30+ Energy Gel contains 75mg of caffeine.

• WHY IS THERE 75MG OF CAFFEINE IN EACH GEL?

We use 75mg per gel as evidence suggests that this is the optimal level to deliver a positive performance benefit.

• WHEN SHOULD YOU TAKE CAFFEINATED GELS?

We suggest to not take a caffeinated gel more than once per hour. It also takes 45 minutes (average) to reach peak effect, so we recommend to not take less than 45 minutes before your anticipated completion time.

• HOW DOES CAFFEINE BENEFIT PERFORMANCE?

Caffeine, if taken correctly, can increase alertness and concentration.

HOW TO USE:

• Use immediately after opening the product.
• Consume 1-3 gels per hour of intense exercise. Do not consume more than 1 caffeinated gel per hour.
