C30 Energy Gels are more like a thick liquid than paste like many other gels. This allows you to consume them easily with or without water.

• HOW MUCH SODIUM IS IN EACH GEL?

There are 200mg of sodium per gel. This allows for more rapid fluid aborption and retention.

• WHAT IS THE CARBOHYDRATE SOURCE IN C30 ENERGY GELS?

We use 2:1 maltodextrin-to-fructose. This blend delivers very high oxidation rates (energy for muscles) and very low left in the gut to cause GI distress.

• DO YOUR GELS HAVE CAFFEINE IN THEM?

C30 Energy Gels do not have caffeine. C30+ Energy Gels have 75mg of caffeine per gel.
