• Step 1: Product Selection – Customers visit the Website, search for, and select the products they wish to purchase.
• Step 2: Order Placement – Customers add products to their shopping cart and fill out all necessary shipping information.
• Step 3: Order Confirmation – The Website displays detailed order information, including products, prices, and shipping fees (if applicable). Customers confirm their order.
• Step 4: Payment – Customers choose a suitable payment method (cash on delivery or bank transfer).
• Step 5: Delivery – The Website processes and ships the order based on the provided information.

• Cash on Delivery (COD).

5. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

– Applicable Period: Within 3 days from receipt of goods if there are quality issues or errors during shipping.

– Return Conditions:

• Products must be unopened with original tags/packaging or defective due to manufacturing/shipping errors.
• An unboxing Video/images is required in case of problems with the order. .

– Non-returnable Items: Opened products, used items, or those damaged due to improper storage. Food items cannot be returned for reasons such as Change of mind, product compatibility, customer preference, and customer error.

– Refund Timeframe: Up to 7–10 business days after return confirmation.

 

6. PRIVACY POLICY
