C30/C30+ ENERGY GEL FAQS

• HOW MUCH SODIUM IS IN EACH GEL?

There are 200mg of sodium per gel. This allows for more rapid fluid aborption and retention.

• WHAT IS THE CARBOHYDRATE SOURCE IN C30 ENERGY GELS?

We use 2:1 maltodextrin-to-fructose. This blend delivers very high oxidation rates (energy for muscles) and very low left in the gut to cause GI distress.

• DO YOUR GELS HAVE CAFFEINE IN THEM?

C30 Energy Gels do not have caffeine. C30+ Energy Gels have 75mg of caffeine per gel.

• ARE C30 ENERGY GELS SAFE?

All Neversecond products are stringently tested and approved free of banned substances by Informed Sport.

• WHEN SHOULD YOU TAKE CAFFEINATED GELS?

We suggest to not take a caffeinated gel more than once per hour. It also takes 45 minutes (average) to reach peak effect, so we recommend to not take less than 45 minutes before your anticipated completion time.

• HOW DOES CAFFEINE BENEFIT PERFORMANCE?

Caffeine, if taken correctly, can increase alertness and concentration.

• Use immediately after opening the product.
• Consume 1-3 gels per hour of intense exercise. Do not consume more than 1 caffeinated gel per hour.
