WHOLESALES POLICY

Nutrition Depot Vietnam, is the authorized importer and distributor of top sport supplement brands in Vietnam since 2014.

At Nutrition Depot, we strive to establish reliable partnerships with online supplement businesses and traditional retailers (such as stores and gyms) to bring high-quality and authentic products to customers. Additionally, Nutrition Depot works directly with manufacturers to provide samples, organize events, and sponsor athletes and brand ambassadors of the distributed brands in Vietnam.

Currently, Nutrition Depot exclusively imports and distributes nutritional supplements and sports nutrition products from the global leading brands including: Myprotein (UK), Wheylabs (USA), Nutrend (Czech Republic), Muscletech (USA) in Vietnam. The discount policy ranges from 10-20% off the retail price depending on the brand and order value. Order details and prices are updated at the time of order. Conditions for wholesale partners:

  • Wholesale partners must not sell products at a lower price than the suggested retail price.
  • Wholesale partners are allowed to sell through various online and offline platforms but not on e-commerce platform such as TIKI, LAZADA, TIKTOK, SHOPEE

 

To become a wholesale partner, orders must meet the following conditions:

  • The first order must have a value of at least VND 25mil
  • Subsequent orders must have a minimum value of VND 10mil per order.

 

Important Note:

  • Wholesale prices include VAT but exclude shipping fees.
  • Delivery support is available for orders over 50 million VND to one location.
  • Full payment is required upfront upon order confirmation. Delivery takes 1-5 days after receiving payment. Return policies follow contractual regulations.
  • By signing the wholesale agreement, Nutrition Depot reserves the right to suspend deliveries if wholesale violate any terms stated in the contract.

 

For new retailers, you can refer to our AFFILIATE MARKETING sales policy for KOC and KOL on the Shopee E-commerce with commission rates ranging from 2-4% depending on the applicable products starting from September 2023.
