Product Exchange Policy

PRODUCT EXCHANGE POLICY

Dear Valued customers,

At Nutrition Depot Vietnam, we strive to provide high-quality products and services to customers. Therefore, we offer a 3-day return and exchange policy from purchasing (at shop) or after delivery (online orders) if there is quality issue or products were wrongly delivered or damaged during transportation.

 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1. Only accept return if there is quality issue or damage during transportation or wrongly delivered.

2. The product must be in original packaging, unopen, and attached with purchase receipt from Nutrition Depot

3. Unboxing video with clear resolution is required to verify the damaging problem.

4. The exchanged product has the same or similar value base on our actual stock status. The price of the exchanged product shall be equal to or higher than the returned one. No refund will be given if there is price variance. Shipping fee is covered by Nutrition Depot Vietnam.

RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR: 

1. Change of mind or any personal reason.

2. Return/exchange request MORE THAN 3 days after product acceptance, or pick-up.

3. The product has been opened, used, or damaged due to improper storage.
