Nutrition Depot always wish to bring the highest satisfaction to customers from shopping with us, so Nutrition Depot accepts to exchange and return products within 03 days of receipt.

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

• The product is unused and unopened together with Nutrition Depot’s receipt.
• The packaging is in its original state with Nutrition Depot’s anti-counterfeiting stamp.
• New products for redemption must have a value equal to or higher than the value of the exchanged product. In case the new product has a lower value than the required product, the customer will not be refunded the excess difference.
• Customers are kindly requested to pay the shipping cost (if any) if the reason for the return comes from the customer.

In case the product is defective from the manufacturer or during shipment, Nutrition Depot will exchange an similar product.
